The program offers a WYSIWYG editor, so that you can preview how your envelope will look like exactly before you actually print it. Before you start your design, you can select the envelope's size from a list of 25 clearly identified standard sizes. However, you can also specify a custom size if needed. In addition, the program allows you to include two blocks of text in your envelope, one for the addressee and one for the return address. You can switch between the envelope's front and flap very easily.

You can choose among three alignment styles for both the addressee’s address and the return address – block, indent, and centered. Moreover, you can personalize the font, the style, and even the color of each line. You can tell the program whether the return information must be included or not, and if it should appear in the front side or in the flap of the envelope. The program offers two separate windows for you to input the information of both addresses. You can include the company's and the contact names, the mailing address (two lines), plus the city, the state, and the ZIP code.
